The role will involve public interaction with prospective and existing tenants, as well as vendors and support staff

A day in the life

Summer

  • Begin mowing lawns before the heat hits for the day
  • Move inside to paint a vacant apartment
  • Pause and clean up tools to respond to a tenant call for a clogged drain
  • Finish the day conducting an apartment showing for a prospective tenant

Winter

  • Thawing pipes in a building & conducting an assessment of whether the future risk of freezing could be
  • mitigated
  • Responding to a report of an extra-icy driveway which requires dirt or salt
  • Joining an in-progress renovation and assisting while learning building trades

Job Details

  • 35 hours per week - Build your own schedule.
  • 2 Weeks Paid Time Off
  • $20/hour starting pay
  • On Call Hours 7PM-7AM are required, $50 per diem per week of assigned call time
  • All off hours calls in these shifts are paid at double time - $40/hour to start
